Teaming up for success

It promises to be a busy few days for all of us at FTD with a visit to the NEC in Birmingham and our London Open Day.

Firstly we have teamed up with our main sponsor this year, Gazelle Teamwear to attend Printwear & Promotion LIVE 2011 at the NEC. Visit them on Stand A32 to view their latest designs and meet their sales team. FTD Commercial Director John Booth will also be in attendance on Gazelle’s stand this Sunday.

The show, which takes place in Hall 12 at the NEC, Birmingham, from Sunday, February 27 to Tuesday, March 1, is the event of the year in the print wear and promotion calendar.

It’s a one stop shop for all the latest in garment printing and embroidery machinery to brandable clothing and ancillary products.

Taking place over three days, the first day of the show is on a Sunday, which gives smaller businesses the opportunity to visit, without taking a day out from the working week.

The action then moves onto London this coming Wednesday. We have already outlined the format for the FTD London Open day but we can now firm up the agenda.

Gazelle will be one of a number of presenters, and the attendance list reads like a mini ‘who’s who’ in football.

Commenting on the London event FTD MD George Moss confirmed:  "If anyone want to take one of the few remaining places they should contact the office as soon as possible. There is room for about 80 delegates at the event, and there are only a handful of places remaining.

"We have been delighted by the response and there is a great mix of clubs and businesses involved in all aspects of the game from the Premier League to grass roots.

"On top of that, there are a number of Informative presentations throughout the day. And it is a great chance to meet the Football Trade Directory team in an informal environment."
