At Lindley we are proud of our experience and roots in sport and we are pleased to call ourselves specialists in stadium and venue catering. Through our knowledge of both the specific demands of catering in this demanding sector, and also our nationwide infrastructure, we are experts in managing both retail kiosks and fine-dining hospitality outlets. Our diverse client portfolio ranges from Manchester City FC to Leicester Tigers Rugby Union to Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club to Bath Racecourse.

Public Retail

Lindley's approach to public catering is very simple – we offer good quality food at value for money prices, served efficiently and with a smile. This for us is a winning formula and we stick to it. As a result we have an excellent track record of driving spend per head at all of our client locations.

We achieve sales growth through new innovative food offers, improving signage and introducing mobile units, whilst also focusing on offers, promotions and loyalty schemes to encourage fans to spend more money inside the stadium rather than outside.

Non Matchday Hospitality & Events

Selling and professionally managing non-matchday events is where Lindley shines, using our experience and ideas to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction to ensure repeat trade. We always introduce a Sales & Marketing Plan to focus on how we can work in partnership with our clients to ensure that the venue's full potential is being exploited.

Matchday Hospitality

Matchday hospitality is about excellent customer service and high-quality food. We tailor our offer at each of our venues by creating bespoke, rotating menus using locally-sourced ingredients to create classic, uncomplicated dishes.
