EXF Fitness help Britain's Strongest Man

Commercial fitness equipment provider EFX, who supply high quality strength & conditioning equipment to both amateur and professional football clubs around the country, helped this year's Britain's Strongest Man competition by providing most of the equipment for the event.

The competition, taking place at the Krunch Gym, Waltham Abbey, included 5 events - the Log Press, Farmers Walk, Tyre Flip, the Axle Lift and the Atlas Stones.

The overall title of Britain’s Strongest Man under 105Kg was eventually won by Paul Wood whilst Terry Hollands retained his London's Strongest Man title winning every single event and ensuring qualification to the World’s Strongest Man event.
