Salisbury City see end of nine year partnership

Zamaretto League Premier Division side Salisbury City will no longer be sponsored by In-Excess after nine seasons as the club's main partner. 

The decision comes after In-Excess managing director Carl Chambers criticised the club's board, citing that there had been a 'wholesale destruction of a community club'.

A Salisbury statement: "It is always disappointing to lose a sponsor for whatever reason."

"It would have been helpful for the club to have had the opportunity to discuss the matter with him before he released the letter, which would have reduced the number of inaccuracies contained within it."

Salisbury will reveal their new sponsor at the kit launch during their open day on 31 July.
