Coventry City has signed a new three year shirt sponsorship deal with the express delivery company City Link.
Earlier this month the Championship side confirmed that their deal with the Cassidy Group was to end and also announced Puma as their new kit supplier. The City Link deal will see the new official club sponsor’s branding on both the Championship football club's home and away kits, as well as featuring on all player wear.
The club's commercial director, Nathan Kosky said "This is very good news for all parties. We are taking our relationship with City Link to a new level and its support will be a key part of the club's development over the next few years and hopefully beyond."
Replacing Cassidy Developments, which has sponsored the club for the past five years, the new agreement includes significant economic incentives towards gaining promotion to the Premier League within the next three years.
Managing director of City Link, Stuart Godman added, "This is a fantastic milestone for both City Link and Coventry City FC and we look forward to working in partnership for the future success of the club in its drive towards Premier League status."
