Manchester City's huge £400m stadium naming rights deal with Etihad Airways will face UEFA scrutinisation, the Financial Fair Play boss has said.
Jean-Luc Dehaene, a former prime minister of Belgium, has said that all clubs will see their sponsorship and commercial deals benchmarked to make sure that they were 'fair value' - a criteria which many might argue Manchester City would fall foul of.
"If we see clubs that are looking for loopholes we will act," he said.
"It is not enough to say 'we've got a sponsorship contract and that's OK' if the contract is out of line. I have some questions [for Manchester City], yes. But it would be dangerous for our authority if we take judgements without facts."
