West Ham United stars to help launch new Apsley range

West Ham United Football Club tailors Apsley have announced the launch of The Apsley Wardrobe on May 12th.

The range will be launched at The Apsley Showroom, 13-13a Pall Mall with a champagne reception followed by a catwalk show headlined by Formula 1’s racing driver, Adrian Sutil (Force India).

Attendees include long-term clients and ambassadors of Apsley Tailors, with the likes of ex-cricketers Kapil Dev, Sir Clive Lloyd and Farokh Engineer as well as the West Ham United players. A charity auction will conclude the evening, with all proceeds going to Apsley’s official charity partner, The Osteopathic Centre for Children.

The men’s wardrobe features three suits (one three piece, one two piece and one suit), six shirts, one tuxedo with accessories, one overcoat, two blazers and or sports jacket, six ties, three pocket squares and one set of braces.

Similarly, the ladies wardrobe consists of three suits (skirt, trousers or shorts) one suit, six ladies shirts, one evening suit, one overcoat, two casual blazers and three silk scarves. The bespoke wardrobe will be priced at £8500.

For an occasion requiring ultimate luxury, Apsley have a specially selected range of very fine (super 120’s to super 250) pure cashmere’s, gold or platinum threaded stripes, diamond chips and elite black tie fabrics. They are also known for creating the world’s most expensive suit, valued at £70,000, made from one of the rarest fabrics with 22 carat gold stripes and diamond buttons.
