Haart estate agents has taken the naming rights for the Kent County Football League for the next three years.
The deal, which was finalised at the League AGM, will see the League rebranded as the haart of Kent County League until the end of the 2013-14 season.
Originally founded in 1922, the League comprises 67 clubs and 85 teams, which include a countywide Premier and First Division and four other regional divisions. In addition, there are four cup competitions including the Inter Regional Challenge Cup.
Under the terms of the agreement haart, the UK’s largest independent estate agent, with nearly a dozen branches alone in Kent, will have its logo featured prominently on the Kent County Football League website (www.kentcountyfootballleague.co.uk) as well all marketing materials, including the annual club handbooks.
The sponsorship will form a key part of the company’s ‘haart in the Community’ programme in the county, a programme established by haart to support organisations such as the League that promote activities at a grassroots level.
Says Scott Fletcher, Divisional Sales Manager for haart in Kent: “We’re delighted to be able to support the work that the League is doing and hope our sponsorship will enable it to continue to develop future footballing talent in the county.”
Adds Cyril Windiate, Chairman of the haart Kent County League: “We are thrilled to have a company of the calibre of haart sponsoring our league and we look forward to working closely with Kent’s leading independent estate agent over the next three years to help make the most of our joint association.”
