Argyle had two bits of good news this week, a draw at Hereford on Friday and the news that major sponsor has given the relegation-haunted club a boost by sticking with the club even if they are relegated from the Football League.
Sponsor Bond Timber has agreed to extend their association with the Pilgrims for next season.
Argyle, after surviving going into administration, are currently putting together some impressive results including last weekend's 1-0 victory over Bradford.
Director of WH Bond and Sons, Chris Bond said: "The football club is very important to the local area, in terms of its economy and exposure. We feel it needs our support.
"We are very pleased to be working with a club which has a structured backing now James (Brent) has taken over, and we look forward to the deserved success of the club and the new owner.
Richard Herrick of Argyle's commercial department, said: "We are delighted Chris and Jon Bond have again agreed to support Argyle and its future.
"The sponsorship has clearly raised the profile of their business. The renewal is tangible evidence of how successful the sponsorship has been for both parties."
