Notts County reveal new Kit

Football News 24/7
Notts County Football Club has today launched the new home kit for the 2012/13 season that will act also as their 150th anniversary kit, produced by Italian Heritage brand Fila.

Whilst maintaining the traditional black and white stripes associated with the oldest Football League club in the world, the stripes also have the names of all season ticket holders who purchased their tickets before an early bird deadline.

Having originally gone on limited edition in May the club have since secured 3663 as the shirt sponsors and the kit will now be available to all supporters ahead of the new season.

Fila, established in 1911 & exclusive to JD Sports, have a heritage few can dispute producing the finest sporting goods. This special commemorative shirt is no different as it marks a special landmark in the club’s history.

Notts County Director Aileen Trew commented: “I am delighted with the quality & design of this shirt; there are so many elements that come together to make a truly memorable football shirt, one worthy of our 150th anniversary year. The shirt got a very positive reaction in May and we are looking forward to it being worn with pride for what promises to be a memorable season.”

The kit will be available both from the club and exclusively in local JD stores in Nottingham, as well as online at jdsports.co.uk, from Saturday 21st July.
