Chorley set the standard on ticket prices

Football News 24/7
Some bigger clubs could do well to take a look at Chorley FC of the Evostik North Premier Division. Chorley attracted some decent crowds last season even though they failed to make it back to back promotions - losing as they did to FC United in the play-off semi-finals. That game was watched by nigh on 3,000 fans and Chorley regularly attacted four figure gates.

Given that we have our offices at the club, we are delighted to help promote the latest initiative as FTD's Commercial Director, John Booth said;

'Looking at the clubs' efforts to attract more fans you have to applaud Chairman Ken Wright and his board in my view - and plenty of bigger clubs could take a leaf out of Chorley's book.'

The 'Super 10' allows supporters to buy batches of 10 tickets for £80 which gives a 10% saving. The tickets are totally flexible and can be used by one fan for 10 games or 10 fans for one game. On top of making it free to under 7s who register as Mini Magpies concessions can get the 'Super 10' for just £45.

Ken Wright said:

'The Super 10 represents great value for money and offers fans greater flexibility because it's up to then how they use it.'

'We want to make football as affordable as possible for the fans he added.'
