League 1 leaders Tranmere open doors to fans

Tranmere Rovers & JD Sports have teamed up to arrange a special half term instore signing at the JD Store in Birkenhead on Thursday 25^th October at 1.30pm – 2.30pm.

As part of the relationship with JD Sports & Official Kit Suppliers Fila, fans of the table topping Super Whites will have the chance to meet manager Ronnie Moore who will be accompanied by a host of first team stars.

After a fantastic start to the season Ronnie Moore, now in his second stint as Tranmere Rovers manager, has guided the club to the top of the League 1 table. Currently sitting one point clear of 2^nd place they are hopeful of gaining promotion back to the 2^nd tier of English football for the first time since 2000.

Joining Ronnie will be first team stars James Wallace, Andy Robinson, Ashley Taylor, Danny Holmes, Liam Palmer & Zoumana Bakayogo. All the players attending will be available to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

JD Sports’ area manager commented: “We are delighted to be associated with Tranmere through the Fila brand and the start they have made to the season has been excellent. After such a great run we feel this will provide a great opportunity for fans to come & meet Ronnie and the team during the half term week”.
