Chorley FC celebrate 130 years and one of the key events takes place on Friday October 4th at The Pines Hotel in Clayton-le-Woods. The Club will host a celebratory dinner dance. Entertainment will be provided by Chorley’s very own Stephen Bayliss with MC Darrell Edwards.

Tickets cost £40 per person, which includes a 3 course dinner. Dress code will be black tie/lounge suits.

Bayliss is no stranger to football having sang at venues like Deepdale in the past.

Meanwhile everything seems to be going great guns on the pitch as well for Gary Flitcroft's men. Chorley celebrated their fourth win on the bounce and a ninth game without defeat with a single goal victory over FC United of Manchester at Gigg Lane in the FA Cup Qualifying Round.

Dale Whitham netted the decisive goal in the 62nd minute to give Flitcroft only his second win in the FA Cup as manager of Chorley in four years.

The draw for the next round, which takes place on September 28th, takes place on Monday.
