Halifax hammered Hyde 5-1 as Lee Gregory struck his third hat-trick of the season.
Ryan Crowther's volley opened the scoring for the Shaymen before Gregory doubled the lead from close range.
Paul Marshall's curler from the edge of the box made it 3-0 but Alex Brown pulled one back for the hosts.
Gregory raced away to slot home his second and rounded off his hat-trick with a clinical finish from 18 yards.
The final score of 5-1 was a reflection in the class difference between the sides.
Halifax remain three points off a Conference Premier play-off spot, while Hyde will be relegated if they lose to Alfreton on Tuesday.
