The League Cup First Round draw has been made with all 72 clubs from the Football League in the draw.
Teams from the Championship and Leagues One and Two will all be involved in the First Round with all ties being played in the week commencing 10 August.
The three teams relegated from the Premier League are all facing lower league opposition in their respective ties, with Hull City away at League Two Accrington, whilst Burnley travel to the Potteries to take on Port Vale.
QPR will face Yeovil, who were relegated from League One last season.
The 36 clubs who make it through the round will be joined by the twelve Premier League teams not involved in European competitions in Round Two.
Those who make it through that will then be joined by reigning Premier League and League Cup champions Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, Southampton, Liverpool and West Ham.
