West Brom and Wales player Hal Robson-Kanu has signed a personal endorsement deal with Concave, a sportswear challenger brand, for the current Premier League season.
The deal adds to a good year for Robson-Kanu, after playing a vital role in Wales reaching the semi-finals of Euro 2016 as well as winning goal of the tournament. As part of the deal Robson-Kanu will wear Concave’s Volt+ soccer boots for the next year. In addition, he will also appear in online adverts and marketing campaigns for Concave.
“Our technology is real,” said Concave co-founder Andrew Theokilitos. “To have a Premier League player like Robson-Kanu attached to the brand will ultimately give us more exposure on-pitch at the top level.”
Robson-Kanu will be the highest profile ambassador of Concave, with Rotherham United's Greg Halford and Leyton Orient's Paul McCallum also ambassadors for Concave.
