Fleetwood Town are to offer their fans cut price home entry as well as cheaper away travel as a thank you for the support the fans have given so far this season.
Fleetwood's Chairman, Andy Pelley, said “the backing of the town and all of the Fylde Coast is huge to us. These are exciting times for Fleetwood Town at present, we have a hugely entertaining team, an excellent manager and are sitting pretty in the table." Adding that he wants to make "Highbury as affordable as possible for fans."
Fleetwood will be distributing ticket vouchers to businesses in Fleetwood. These vouchers will enable the holder to gain entry for an adult and a child for only £15.
In addition to cheap home tickets, Pilley has pledged to extend last weekend’s offer of half-price away travel for the rest of the season. He said “We realise how expensive following football can be for families, so we want to make it as affordable as possible. Our ticket prices are already some of the cheapest in football, but now we are going the extra mile to allow people to be part of the action at Highbury Stadium."
