Cambridge United have announced a one-year extension of their partnership with Inc.
Inc, a communications and marketing consultancy company, has expanded its agreement to become the League Two side’s training kit sponsor for the 2017/18 season, which will see the company’s logo imprinted on the front of all first team training shirts.
The renewal marks the continuation of a partnership which first began in 2015, and comes in the same month that the club extended their shirt sponsorship deal with construction supplier Mick George Ltd.
Godric Smith, co-founder of Inc. and lifelong Cambridge United fan, said: "Inc is proud to be extending its sponsorship at Cambridge United to both the first team training kit and the youth development programme. I have been supporting the club for over 30 years. It has been great to see United develop into a genuine community club over recent times. They do fantastic work in every part of the city and county and Inc. is very pleased to play a small part in helping support the club through our sponsorship.”
Head of Partnerships at Cambridge United, Nick Fairbairn, said “This agreement is another vote of confidence in the progress the club is making across the board. We are delighted that our sponsorship with Inc. is set to continue and are particularly pleased that we are partnering with a lifelong Cambridge United fan in this way.”
