As part of the deal, the premium hospitality guests will be served by the Roux Family as well as designing ‘On Four’ food menus and overseeing every aspect of service delivery within the many lounges and suites located on level four of the stadium.
Andy O’Sullivan, director of hospitality for Tottenham Hotspur, said: “We are delighted to be working with Levy Restaurants to bring the Roux family on board to further enhance the first class premium offering we will be making at our new stadium. This is the latest example of the commitment that the club is showing in delivering what will be London’s best sports and entertainment venue in every aspect from general admission to premium. Our range of premium packages will redefine hospitality within sport and make a Tottenham Hotspur match one of the most sought-after experiences in the capital.”
Michael Roux Jr, a member of the Roux family, added: “We’re excited to embark on this new venture with Tottenham Hotspur and look forward to delivering our fine dining to their customers ‘On Four’. This is the first time we have partnered with a sports stadium and it is marvellous that we will be involved in such an iconic new venue.”
