Brighton announce new ticketing partnership

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club have announced a partnership with ticketing technology company, Pogoseat.

Pogoseat’s award-winning ticket upgrade solution has been highly successful with other top-tier sports teams and live-enter­ta­inment venues in enhancing the fan experience and generating new revenue streams.

Jenny Gower, Head of Ticketing & Supporter Services commented, “We believe that Pogoseat’s technology will offer season-ticket holders a great opportunity to try different seats and viewing areas here at the Amex and we hope our fans will enjoy using it.

“This new system will allow supporters to change seats and purchase 1901 seating with lounge access in real-time on their mobile phones, taking the pro-rata cost of their season ticket seat off the cost of the new replacement ticket. The new ticket barcode will be available to scan at the corporate reception, directly from the mobile phone which we hope will be a popular service to our season-ticket holders.”
