System gives added benefits

ThreeSixty, the CRM and ticketing software platform owned by See Tickets, go from strength to strength.

With West Ham and Blackburn joining an ever growing list of client clubs at the start of the season, further clubs are being added through the season.

Michael Burnett General Manager explains:
'The unique elements of our platform are the centralised customer database and the integrated business sales processes. By having a centralised database various applications like ticketing, retail, corporate, ecommerce, stadium access etc can be added to suit a particular club needs.

'This makes us a viable proposition for smaller clubs, who in the current economic climate would find big capital expenditure beyond them.

'Our system will work just as well in League 2 as it will in the Premier League.

'We are delighted to announce that Rochdale AFC has recently taken our product, and we are talking to several other clubs in the lower leagues.

CRM is essentially recognition of a culture and the integration we deliver through our platform tracks your customers in real-time to deliver a tangible economic return your investment. I am confident that we can improve the bottom line for any club that we deal with.'
