Diego Costa warned by Chelsea over Antonio Conte public disagreement

Diego Costa received a warning from Chelsea FC about his behaviour after he engaged in a public spat with manager Antonio Conte in Saturday’s win against Leicester City.

Costa became angered with the Italian’s ‘micro-management’ style from the touchline and didn’t make much of an attempt to hide his feelings.

The Spain international was reported as being unsettled at Stamford Bridge over the summer, but has started this season in superb goal scoring form.

The 28-year-old was, however, seen laughing with team-mates shortly after the game at the weekend, so fans will hope that any tension between himself and Conte is now in the past.
