EFL: All the confirmed promotion and relegation placesAs the season comes to it's conclusion the dust has started to settle in the EFL, with the majority of teams now knowing which league they'll be playing their football in next season.
The Championship and League Two are yet to play their final games, whilst League One's season finished in dramatic style. Below we break down all the movers from the EFL and what is yet to be decided.
Fulham were confirmed as Champions with a 7-0 thrashing over Luton Town, whilst Bournemouth can confirm their promotion with a win over third placed Nottingham Forest, who sit only three points behind them.
Huddersfield are guaranteed a play-off place, whilst Sheffield United and Luton will be hoping to hold on to their respective places on the final day and stave off Luton and Millwall.
The relegation places are already confirmed, with Derby, Peterborough and Barnsley all playing League One football next season.
It was a dramatic final day with three teams vying for automatic promotion going in, with Wigan ultimately coming our as champions whilst Rotherham bounced straight back up to the Championship in second.
MK Dons will have to put their automatic promotion disappointment behind them as they contest the play-offs alongside Sheffield Wednesday, Sunderland, and Wycombe who snatched the final spot.
Already relegated Crewe will be joined by AFC Wimbledon, Doncaster and Gillingham in League Two, who were relegated on goal difference despite Fleetwood losing their final game.
Exeter and Forest Green have already confirmed their promotion to League One and will be vying for the title on the final day. The next five teams could all take the final automatic spot, currently occupied by Northampton.
They and Bristol Rovers are guaranteed at least a play-off spot with Mansfield, Swindon and Port Vale looking to secure their places and hold off Sutton and Tranmere who sit just outside.
Scunthorpe have known the National League beckons for some time and Oldham will be joining them after defeat to Salford the previous week.
