English League Two side, Swindon Town FC, club's home stadium renamed by Energy Check .
The deal sees The County Ground, home to the League Two side since 1896, now renamed as The Energy Check County Ground.
The Energy Check is an energy consultancy firm that operates in the UK, Republic of Ireland, France and the USA.
Financial terms and the duration of the deal have not been disclosed.
Under the deal, Energy Check branding will be displayed prominently throughout the 15,728-capacity, all-seater stadium, while the two parties will work together to reduce the venue’s energy consumption.
"I would like to welcome The Energy Check as a major sponsor of the football club and we look forward to a long and successful partnership together," said Swindon Town chief executive Steve Anderson.
"This deal represents a significant move forward commercially for the football club and sustainability. The rebranding of stadiums within top flight football has been happening for over a decade and we felt that the time had come to explore such opportunities for Swindon Town.”
