FA Cup shocker as Chelsea, Tottenham, Man City and Southampton all knocked out

The magic of the FA Cup has weaved it's spell today with some earth shattering results.

None more so than Bradford City's win at Stamford Bridge. Not only have Chelsea only lost once to an English side under Jose Mourhino (last season's defeat to Sunderland) the Blues were two goals ahead at one stage and Bradford could be backed at 1,000/1 in running.

A goal from Jon Stead gave them hope and three second half goals fashioned an extraordinary win.

On a normal day, Middlesbrough's two nil win at the Etihad would have grabbed the headlines. City were off the pace and the fact that most of the squad only arrived back from the Middle east over night can not have helped.

Spurs and Southampton were also expected to see off Leicester City and Crystal Palace with home advantage, but it was the Premier league strugglers who both came through.

With Blackburn beating Swansea in the lunchtime game it was a bad day for the Premier League and a bad day for the favourites. Arsenal, who play Brighton on Sunday find themselves the new favourites alongside Manchester United without kicking a ball.
