Finn Harps FC renews multi-year partnership with Future Ticketing

Ticketing software and services provider Future Ticketing has announced a renewal of its partnership with SSE Airtricity League club Finn Harps.

Future Ticketing says it is delighted to continue its association with one of the most celebrated clubs in the League of Ireland.

Paul Leavy, Client Success Manager, Future Ticketing, said: “Finn Harps FC has been a valued partner with us from the start so we are especially pleased the club has chosen to renew its contract with us.

“Our work with Finn Harps goes well beyond tickets for matches because the flexibility of our platform allows us to handle non-traditional ticketed products and  the membership scheme is a perfect example of that.

“Not only does the Finn Harps membership scheme empower fans to take an active role in the running of the club, it also helps the club diversify its revenue stream. That goes to the core of what Future Ticketing is about - bringing clubs and their supporters ever closer together, and putting clubs on an ever firmer footing.”

Fans can become members of Finn Harps through the club website where they buy a share online and thereby have a stake in the club.

As a club deeply rooted in its community, Finn Harps runs summer camps and uses Future Ticketing to manage registrations in a fully GDPR-compliant way.

The platform enables Finn Harps to collect essential information such as next-of-kin details, medical information and emergency contacts, all stored securely in one central system.

In addition, Finn Harps efficiently manages home and away match ticket sales through dashboard connect, giving fans a secure, seamless and reliable experience throughout the season.

Future Ticketing has also seen how season ticket sales have grown impressively at Finn Park and the company sees that as another example of how its platform and cutting edge technology is a win-win for the club and its fans.

Finn Harps Chairperson Ian Harkin said: "We are delighted to extend our contract with Future Ticketing. This year we integrated further using Future Ticketing’s lower cost base for payment processing.

Harkin added: “We also launched our shareholder membership on the platform and recently upgraded to allow for renewals directly on their platform. We look forward to continuing and building on the partnership in the coming years ahead."
