Hull City favourites to get former Leeds United boss Gary Monk ahead of Crystal Palace
Only four days ago former Leeds boss Gary Monk was favourite to get back to the Premier League as the next Crystal Palace manager, but now Monk is the odds-on favourite to take over at relegated Hull City.
Monk has been linked with the vacancy at Selhurst Park since leaving Leeds United last week, having guided the Yorkshire club to seventh place in the Championship this season.
He was installed as the favourite by bookmakers to become the next Eagles boss, but has since drifted out to 10/1 in the betting market, with Burnley manager Sean Dyche the current favourite to take charge in south London.
And Monk, who has also been mentioned in relation to the vacancy at Middlesbrough, is now the odds-on favourite with bookmakers to become the next Hull City manager, with the Tigers looking for a successor to Marco Silva, who left the club to join Watford last week.
