Leyton Orient get winding up extention
Leyton Orient have been given an extension until 12th June to pay off remaining debts following todays winding up hearing.
Despite the news today, the club remain in "mortal danger", according to the legal adviser to their fans' trust.
Orient were the subject of a winding-up petition brought by HM Revenue & Customs due to unpaid taxes. Those debts have now been paid to HMRC however, the club still owe money to four other creditors.
Chief Executive, Alessandro Angelieri, gave a statement which said Becchetti would invest £1m to pay off remaining debts over the next eight to ten weeks.
Adam Michaelson, legal adviser to the Leyton Orient Fans' Trust, told BBC Radio London: "It leaves the club in a state of significant uncertainty and frankly mortal danger.
