Liverpool go contactless thanks to Verteda


 


Liverpool FC has awarded Verteda Ltd the contract for a hosted integrated hospitality solution as part of the stadium re-development at Anfield. 

This will see the replacement of Liverpool’s legacy system and installation initially of more than two hundred EPOS terminals using award winning InfoGenesis™ POS technology from Agilysys, Inc in the existing stadium with additional to be implemented in phases when the new Stand opens for the 2016/17 season.

Supporters and visitors will see an expanded Main Stand incorporating an additional 8,500 seats when the new Stand opens. The design will ensure that the unrivalled atmosphere and spirit of Anfield is retained, whilst taking the full stadium capacity to 54,000. 

The Main Stand will become one of the largest all-seater single stands in Europe and will offer fans amazing facilities and experiences across public concessions and hospitality suites visible from several points in the city, the new stand will feature the iconic club crest and will add another impressive landmark to the world renowned Liverpool skyline.
