Manchester City sign app partnership
Manchester City have signed a deal with football-based social networking and media app Dongqiudi with the app now being named as a Chinese strategic partner with Manchester City.
Manchester City have created an official account on the app. As part of this they will create content targeted at the Chinese market to give fans in the country access to news, match reports and videos. Dongqiudi will also help Manchester City to create an e-commerce service to sell official merchandise in China.
Dongqiudi was established in 2013 as a way for Chinese soccer fans to form communities and follow their favourite teams from around the world.
