Manchester United boss introduces beds for players at training ground

According to the Daily Star, Manchester United's boss, Louis van Gaal has introduced a string of changes at the club’s Carrington training HQ.

And while it is not a regular feature, at times recently United’s superstar squad have had to train three times a day.

The Star says: 'Usually, it is double training at United but the extra session involves conditioning work in the gym, including the use of exercise bikes.

'One of Van Gaal’s first moves at United was to install pod-style beds at Carrington, where players could rest between training sessions.'

And the United boss admits he imparts a lot of information to his players.

United face Everton at Old Trafford on Sunday in a must win game for the Reds.
