Mansfield Town Draw Arsenal in FA Cup Fifth Round as Manchester City Face Newcastle
League One side Mansfield Town have been handed a glamour tie against 14-time winners Arsenal in the FA Cup fifth round.
The Stags earned their place with a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory over Premier League side Burnley at Turf Moor, overturning a half-time deficit to secure one of the standout results of the round.
Elsewhere in the draw, Manchester City will travel to Newcastle United in one of two all-Premier League clashes, repeating a fixture that featured in this season’s League Cup semi-finals.
Championship promotion hopefuls Wrexham face another high-profile test as they prepare to host eight-time FA Cup winners Chelsea.
Sunderland have been drawn away once again and will face either Port Vale or Bristol City. That fourth-round tie was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch and is scheduled to be played on Tuesday, 3 March (19:45 GMT).
The remaining fixtures include Fulham against Southampton, Leeds United hosting Norwich City, Wolves taking on Liverpool, and West Ham meeting Brentford.
All fifth-round matches are set to take place across the weekend of 7-8 March.
