Partizan Belgrade given partial stadium ban for offensive banner against Tottenham in Europa League

UEFA have ordered Partizan Belgrade to partially close their stadium for their next Europa League tie, after fans displayed an offensive banner against Premier League side Tottenham.
The banner was an imitation of the logo from BBC comedy show Only Fools and Horses, with some words modified to form an offensive slogan.
Spurs have strong ties with the Jewish community in London, and have been targeted with anti-Semitic abuse in the past, with word term 'yid' a subject of much debate in recent years.
Uefa said of the punishment: "The fight against racism is a high priority. The fight has been stepped up a level - resulting in stricter penalties."
Partizan will have to close the 'K' section of their stadium when they face Besiktas on Thursday 23 October and have also been fined £31,430 (40,000 euros).
Tottenham officials made Uefa aware of the banner before the break and delegates took photographic evidence after the match.
The match ended 0-0, and was overshadowed by the threat of racism before it had even begun, with Spurs' Danny Rose the subject of racial abuse whilst playing in Serbia for the England U21s.
Rose didn't make the trip to Belgrade last month, though the club insisted it had nothing to do with what happened to him previously.
