Phil Rogerson resigns as Guiseley chairman
Phil Rogerson has stepped down as Guiseley chairman after 37 years spent at the club.
His previous positions had been secretary and a director at the club. During his time at the club he has overseen the club's rise to the National League from the ninth tier.
Rogerson origionally resigned as chairman in 2012 but continued in his role despite moving to Cornwall last year.
James Ferguson will take over as chairman after recently being appointed as marketing manager. Elsewhere at the club Adie Towers has moved onto the Board of Directors with his role of Football General Manager being taken over by James Pickles.
