Play Fund Win host Manchester City charity's fundraising draw

To celebrate City in the Community (CITC) turning 35 this October, the charity hosting a special fundraising draw with Play Fund Win.
Prizes in the draw include a pair of Etihad Airlines return flights to Abu Dhabi, shirts signed by Manchester Cities Ballon D’Or nominees - Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish, Phil Foden and Ruben Días.
There are also a host of tickets to see some of the biggest music acts in the world such as Liam Gallagher, Ed Sheeran and the Foo Fighters as well as the Killers and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. 
The draw itself is centred around CITC’s matchday takeover for Manchester City v Crystal Palace on Saturday 30th October. However, Play Fund Win’s digital platform means that those looking to support the charity are able to do so in advance of the game via: www.­mancity.­com/­prizedraw
100% of net proceeds from this draw will go to CITC and will be used towards supporting positive mental health amongst young people in Manchester via their new programme, City Thrive, which was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to help provide support for thousands of people aged 14 to 25. 
Funds raised in the CITC 35th Anniversary Prize Draw campaign will help to ensure that this important ‘City Thrive’ work can continue long after the pandemic.
Former Manchester City Goalkeeper and City in the Community Ambassador, Alex Williams, is proud to see the charity he’s worked with for over 30 years celebrate its birthday. Commenting on the anniversary, he said: “Growing up in Moss Side, I have always been passionate about supporting the people of Manchester.
“When I first became involved with City in the Community it was a small charity delivering football sessions with local children. Since then, we’ve grown to over 100 members of staff who reach tens of thousands of people each season; aged from two to 85!"
“I am immensely proud of how far City in the Community has come in the last 35 years; having seen first-hand the lives it has changed during that time. I am sure that we will continue to support thousands more.”
