The club have development centres and soccer schools throughout Swansea, which Eteach will sponsor over the next two years.
Boys and girls can hone their football skills in the centres, which also provide a path to the full academy. The deal will also allow the club to develop and expand its programme of projects which they run in local schools.
Nigel Rees, Academy Manager, said: "This is an exciting new deal for Swans development and our school projects here at the club," said Nigel Rees, academy manager.
"Over the last 12 months the development centre has done so much to help train the next generation of football talent. To secure a major sponsorship deal like this is testament to that success."
Eteach was formed in 2000 and is headquartered in Surrey.
Swansea's opening Premier League game saw them beat Manchester United for the second time this year 2-1.
