Preston North End Team Up With Virgin Trains For New Deal

 

With immediate effect, PNE season ticket holders for the 2016/17 season will benefit from a 25% discount on Virgin Trains advance off peak fares on the West Coast.

The new deal will also see Virgin Trains operate an exclusive charter train for a key game in PNE’s season. Full details will be announced later this year.

This is the third year Virgin Trains has supported Preston North End – for the last two years, the train company has been the club and shirt sponsor.

Speaking about the new partnership a club spokesman said: “We are delighted that Virgin Trains have agreed to retain their relationship with us for the benefit of our fans.

“The last two seasons have been a highly successful with thousands of supporters taking advantage of this offer and no doubt many more will do so again going forward. Virgin Trains has been an exceptional partner and therefore being able to maintain a deal is positive for both parties.”

Anna Doran, General Manager at Virgin Trains on the West Coast added: “We’re delighted to be continuing our support of Preston North End for a third season. As official travel partner of the club we’re proud to be playing our part in getting fans to and from the matches with an exclusive travel discount. We’ll also be working with PNE on a number of exciting initiatives.  We can’t wait for the new season to start and will be backing PNE in their first match of the season against Reading.”
