Sammy Lee appointed Crystal Palace assistant manager

Sammy Lee has been appointed as the assistant manager at Crystal Palace.

Lee has previously worked with Sam Allardyce at Bolton Wanderers also as the assistant manager.

In addition to working at Bolton Sammy Lee has also worked with the England senior team, Liverpool and Southampton.

Allardyce said: "I am looking forward to once again working with Sammy. He has a wealth of experience."
