The QTS Group have agreed to become the "presenting partner" for the semi-final clash between Celtic and Rangers on January 31 and the last-four meeting of Aberdeen and Dundee United the following day.
They will also sponsor the Hampden final on March 15.
The League Cup has been without a title sponsor since its Scottish government-backed deal ended in 2013.
SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster - who is still searching for a company to provide cash support for the nation's league set-up - said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with QTS, an ambitious and growing Scottish business with a proud history of successful sport sponsorship - a perfect fit for the competition.
"With two cracking Scottish League Cup semi-finals in the new year, as well as the final in March, everyone at the SPFL is looking forward to working with QTS to maximise the profile of both the competition and of the business and to bring excitement to fans of the clubs and Scottish football.'
