With delegates from clubs, businesses and services and the world of Rugby League converging on Hillsborough yesterday (27th November) there was a great atmosphere as people made the most of the event.
John Booth from FTD said:
'I think it was one of the best shows yet - we had a great selection of exhibitors covering a whole range of products and services.
'Simon Wilson from Express Data gave a very topical talk on the importance of wi-fi as a marketing tool in stadiums.
'We were also delighted that former Celtic and New Zealand World Cup star, Chris Killen was on hand to do a really well received Q and A on life after football. Chris is now involved in the insurance industry and he explained how his own career ending injury had propelled him towards his new career.'
'Our nominated Charity, Sports Traider were promoting their new kit amnesty programme which has been widely supported across football already.
'All in all it was a great networking opportunity - and we are pleased to announce the 2015 programme kicks off at Stoke's Britannia Stadium in March.'
