Stoke City CEO to attend networking event
Football Trade Directory is delighted to announce that the longest serving CEO in the Premier League, Tony Scholes is to be the guest speaker the Stoke networking event.
Tony Scholes is the longest serving Chief Exec in the Premier League having started his Stoke City career back in 2004. He was also Chief Exec at Preston North End before that and he has emerged as one of the games’ great administrators.
Scholes is all set to be the guest speaker at a major football event being held at Stoke City’s Bet365 Stadium in November.
The event is the latest in a successful series of football networking days held by the FootballTradeDirectory.com (FTD)
FTD’s Managing Director John Booth worked under Scholes at both Preston and Stoke City and had this to say.
‘It is no coincidence that both Preston and Stoke have thrived under Tony’s tutelage. We are really privileged that he has agreed to give up his valuable time and do a Q and A session for the delegates at next month’s event.
‘I am sure he will have some interesting takes on pressing issues in the game.’
The networking event is free for delegates and runs from 11am until 3pm on Thursday November 10th. They are informal and delegates can spend as much time as their diary allows.
The events are suitable for anyone involved in football from the premier League to Grass Roots and there will be over 30 exhibitors on hand. Covering the whole range of football services from team wear to travel, fund raising to catering, access and security to digital screens and so on.
