Walsall confirm new shirt manufacture deal

Walsall have confirmed that Errea will be the new kit supplier for the next three years.

Errea will produce the home and away kit for Walsall, as well as training wear from the start of the 2017­/18 season. Errea were previously Walsall's kit manufacturer between 1997 and 1999. The deal will replaces the current deal with Carbrini which has been terminated a year early.

The financial terms of the new deal were undisclosed.

“We are delighted to be the new technical sponsor of Walsall FC,” said Fabrizio Taddei, export manager at Errea Sports. “To be partnered with such a historic club is always a pleasure and we look forward to being part of the 130th anniversary celebrations next year.”

Wayne Thomas, Walsall’s commercial manager, added: “I’m really looking forward to working with Errea. Dan and I have been impressed with Fabrizio and his team and we feel sure that our supporters will really like the new products. The look and feel of the new kits, and training wear, is really pleasing. Errea manufacture in Europe, too, which is another positive in terms of delivery times.”
