Watford sign extention with Football Manager

Premier League soccer side Watford has signed a contract extension with Japanese multinational video game developer Sega and British video game developer Sports Interactive.

 The long-running partnership is centred around the promotioning Football Manager, Sega and SI’s flagship computer game.

Football Manager branding will continue to be seen throughout Watford’s home stadium Vicarage Road, via LED and dugout sponsorship, in addition, it will be seen on all of the club’s official interview backdrops. Furthermore, Football Manager will have a presence at the club’s training ground at London Colney.

Watford’s scouts and coaches will have full access to the extensive Football Manager database and they will be able to utilise it to assess player information.

The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
