Welsh Premier League. Title won again by The New Saints

The New Saints retained the Welsh Premier League title with a 3-0 victory over Bala Town at Park Hall.

Craig Harrison's side needed a point to secure their fourth successive title.

Adrian Cieslewicz opened the scoring after 13 minutes before Matty Williams struck twice in the second half to seal the Saints' ninth Welsh Premier League title in 16 seasons.

Saints, who beat Bala in the Word Cup final in January, are still on course to complete a domestic treble.

They face Airbus UK Broughton in the Welsh Cup semi-final at Newtown's Latham Park on 5 April.
