Wembley show encore as SMMEX opens its doors for second day
The long established Sports Merchandising and marketing show at Wembley breaks new ground today (Tuesday) with the first ever two day show.
Explaining the move from a one day event organiser Jeremy Storey-Walker told FTD:
'The move to a two day show was a result of demand from exhibitors and we thought we would try it. Advance delegate bookings suggest it was a good move and we are excited about the extra day.
'Hopefully it will prove a success and we can look at a repeat in 2017.'
FTD are on of a host of top exhibitors at the show covering all aspects of sports merchandising and marketing.
In addition to the exhibition the event has seen a range of seminars from leading marketing and sports administrators.
