William Hill link with Premier League teams

William Hill has signed a number of new sponsorship deals with top English Premier League football clubs in the last week or so, in a bid to increase profits and awareness in an ever growing industry.

In the last week, William Hill has signed three separate deals with Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, and Everton FC.

William Hill signed Chelsea as their official betting partner, Tottenham Hotspur as their official European and Australian betting partner, and Everton as their official European betting partner.

These new deals come after the William Hill saw pre-tax profits increase 28% to £100.7 million with profits rising after the EURO 2016 tournament, which generated £36 million worth of ‘gross wins’.

In addition, William Hill predicts that as a result of Leicester City's Premier League win alongside Portugal’s surprise EURO 2016 win, gamblers will become more adventurous when it comes to betting on this season’s markets.
