Wolves sign travel partnership

Wolverhampton Wanderers have announced a new one-year deal with Thomas Cook Sport.

Thomas Cook Sport will serve as the official travel partner for Wolves, and will provide both the first team and U21 side with travel arrangements and services throughout the 2017/18 season.

Wolves are the latest English club to team up with Thomas Cook, which already works with top-flight sides Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.

“We are delighted to have reached an agreement with Thomas Cook Sport to become our new official travel partner,” said Laurie Dalrymple, managing director of Wolverhampton Wanderers. We are always committed to ensuring our partnerships are far more than just a commercial link-up - we strive to bring our sponsors as close to the club as possible and build strong and positive relationships over a long period of time.

He added “Whilst Thomas Cook Sport will be looking after the travel arrangements of our footballing operation, we will also be working closely with them to promote their wide range of services to our supporter base.”

“Wolves is a historic club with a huge fanbase so it’s an honour for us to provide them with travel arrangements,” added Rob Slawson, head of Thomas Cook Sport. “We will deliver our first-class travel service to the team and employees of the club and we’ll ensure our experienced operations team will allow the club to prepare in the best possible way for each and every fixture.”
