Gareth Bale has confirmed that the consortium he leads has submitted a revised offer to buy Cardiff City. The former Real Madrid and Wales international is fronting a group of investors keen to take control of the League One club. A new proposal has been formally submitted to current owner Vincent Tan.
The fresh approach follows a previously reported £40 million bid, with Bale now describing the latest offer as "more than fair" and designed to be taken seriously.
